Before applying Noxyde® or Peganox® Elastomeric Acrylic Coatings to smooth surfaces, start with the Pegalink Primer. This water-based formula promotes adhesion on smooth industrial substrates like galvanized steel, concrete, masonry, PVC, previous coatings, etc.
